A Crystal Sound Bath Session will be held in the New Crystal Temple each week. 
It is a time for regeneration, relaxation and recuperation.
It will be a time for group contemplation on a weekly thought or theme - and a meditative practice followed by a sound bath using the crystal singing bowls.
After the session there will be time for reflection, interaction and tea / coffee in the therapy centre.
